The believer in the lord Jesus must consider himself dead because of sin, and alive to the lord Jesus Christ(Rom 6:1-11). No matter the size of sin, small or large through one sin man is a trangressor/sinner and thus become seperate from God and therefore spiritually dead( James 2:10-11). And only through the lord Jesus Christ can one be reconciled and restored to God(2 Cor 5:18). And be brought from dead darkness & Satan to life the light and God.(Acts 26:18 / Ephesians 2:1-10)
