I feel like there should be another hit after the first hit to daze the opponent for a longer time so that you could get around them in time.
You should do some fighting style analysis on an underrated japanese movie Re:Born (2016), as audience called it "The Japanese John Wick"

You do that combo way better than the Red Hood.

You hold your hands above your head, is that a fighting tactic or something?
You have to hit your opponent pretty damn hard to drop their leg on the first move, it's pretty hard to dead-leg somone when they're in staggered position, what would've been more realistic is if he instead shot the inner leg it would still allow him to perform the same follow-up moves, but then again he held his pistols improperly…
he flipped his pistols because there's spikes on the handle of his pistol

i love this techniqe but i think it would be better to drop the leg down with a side kick instead of the forehand hammer fist
