15. It breaks my heart that so many beautiful souls are being killed because people don’t want them. Foster and adopting parents are angels sent from heaven!

16. First time, i write this: For me, all the rescuer are heroes. To take an animal from the shelter and give a bit of their time and money to them, melted my heart.

17. I hate that because a dog or cat is not adopted they are killed. It angers me so badly that I start to say “fine if you put unwanted animals then put down children that are in the system and not adopted.”

34. That is so great that he came down to Memphis to save that sweet baby! We have so many excellent dogs that get put to sleep every day because of idiots who backyard breed, dog fight, and abandon so many sweet babies. God bless him for saving that sweetheart and for bringing awareness to this serious issue that plagues my hometown. I currently have a dog aggressive pit bull saved from MAS, and she would have definitely been put down otherwise. I hate that she has to be the only dog because I miss having a pack, but I am so glad that I am at least able to give her the life she deserves. I hope everyone that reads this would adopt a rescue pit bull and encourage their loved ones to do the same. They are amazing dogs who don't deserve the mistreatment they receive at the hands of some very evil humans.
