8. I always explain 'fitness' to my clients & in health seminars using Lion (male & female) as an example. Females don't get the basics to lose fat mass and how hard to gain muscle mass because Testosterone is body's natural steroid hormone (and its males!). Also fat means fatigue. we all carry some % of fat. Tiger paw swipes are faster than lions but doesn't carry the lions impact. Lions(male) are gentlemanly, hunt when they are hungry or in their mood, otherwise lion says 'don't disturb me; let me (king) enjoy the show'. I love all animals

9. Lions are gentlemanly and not mercurial like tiger. I'm all for the Lion. He symbolizes POWER…..Some people exaggerate about Siberian tiger being 900lbs which is not true. Dave who literally lives with these big cats says lot of things. Dumb people will always remain dumb!

   A lion is 100% lean body mass (bone, muscle, tissue) and tiger is only 75% LBM. A person who has higher lean mass ratio does more damage than a person who has more fat percentage like tiger. If you don't understand this basic concept & argue unnecessarily, you're probably a couch potato.
