This is at least the 4th video I've watched that included the clip of the little dog on the crosswalk, with the narrator speaking Russian. There's no reason to include that clip.
At 5:20, the kids weren't even in the road yet. Instead of slamming on the brakes the cammer could have just swerved a little and avoided the whole mess.
