Back in the day in Houston mid to late 90's we would go to a strip called Richmond and literally drive in circles from one end of the street to the other jammed in traffic back and forth until about 3am just chillin. Back then the cops were major aholes to us for this. I can only imagine how these kids get treated if they get caught…smdh. They have their handsfull now.
