Meet this hardworking uncle from Bhatpara, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, who runs a small roadside food stall from his van along with his wife. At nearly 70 years of age, he continues to work every morning with dedication and passion.
Starting from 7:00 AM, he prepares everything fresh and serves delicious Pav with Ghugni to hungry customers who gather from early morning to enjoy his tasty breakfast. The stall remains open until around 11:00 AM and attracts a regular crowd every day.
Before starting this food business, uncle worked in a private company. When that income was not enough to support his family, he chose to start his own roadside food stall and create his own source of livelihood through hard work and determination.
