STFU……I've been a northerner all my life in Chico, Yuba, Sac, Fremont, EPA…..I have family in Los Angeles…..I got arrested in Santa Monica and was taken to Los Angeles Mens Central, Metro, Wayside, Reception……….all those places and at NO TIME was I ever housed with any South Siders ….I was always placed in what is called "High Power" housing units……basically me being housed with foreign/international criminals.
