Isn’t it tempelhof park?
If you have in flight failures for example a Landing gear failure or flaps not responding, I wouldn't attempt to land the plane on a runway or hard surface, I would rather cut the engines, (if it's a propeller plane) and try to aim for a soft surface like tall grass or snow or vegetation, it reduces damage by a long run, I use it when it's too windy for a safe Landing.
