A truck driver caused a five-vehicle pile-up after driving with a fogged-up windshield. Christopher Tribe, 57, crashed his semi-truck into the back of a minibus in Wales, triggering a chain-reaction collision that left several vehicles crushed and three people injured.

I hope everybody is ok and this driver loosing their license…
i watched over an over an didnt see the van in the lane
It wasn't the 'wind", it was the sun that blinded him. Never drive fast when the sun is directly in your face.
Dang her truck is strong AF. Not even the window broke towards her.
Looks like a female driving the truck. Explains everything.
Helmet
CB radio could have saved him
He should have gone to Specsavers. 👁👁 ?
Can't see ahead?
No problem… Lets Speed up
Brain.exe has crashed
Can't tell if it was a woman driving or an old man I was watching with audio off
He fkkdd itt.
Yea my head went in my car mid drive. Windows froze inside out. Yikes.
What is the red light doing in the mid of nowhere
If you can't see where you're going and you're moving at all, you're going too fast.
A man wouldn't of crashed then
This truck driver was supposed to ensure his windscreen and mirrors were clear prior to leaving his yard, there was no point in having wipers on if your inside screen is all misted up.a 5 minute wipe down with a cloth could have avoided a major collision . His speed in this rural road was dangerous. If the sun was in his eyes he should have been slowing down and changing down the gears it’s ok driving fast but it’s being able to stop in time. I drove a truck for 30 years and never forgot the basic safety rules .
100% preventable.
Execute this threat to transhuman society immediately. We are in the sixth mass extinction and have no resources for him. We need safe, fully automated, driverless tractor trailers on the road as soon as possible.
Idiot still carried on even though he couldn't see proply
Looked like it was the sun as well not helping, mental.
The force was NOT strong with this one
The wreck was caused by the sun not the fogged windshield. The people that title these videos should be fired for being misleading.
I think we should be made to redo our driving test every few years. Just think about how many less accidents and deaths would happen if idiots like this woman weren’t on the road?
Tbf, he cant see sh**.
Ohh look temporary road works with no works going on 😂😂
So bad they showed it 3 times. Genuinely shocking though
Probably has the other ear pierced, too.
His FLOCKING HAT FLEW OFF!!!!!!!!😅😅😅😅😅😅 😝🤣😱
That van really did just come out of nowhere
Given how the other vehicles looked like they were standing still… I'd say speed was the biggest factor here
That Cap Though 😂
The Sun didn't help
not fog, sun
Its the Sun.
Women
Yup. I did travel over 3,000 miles a month. Now since people can't drive. I make every excuse to stay home. I am not joking. I am doing that today. Right now. I need to travel around 60 miles away. I sm sitting here making excuses on why I shouldn't go. In America. My driving isn't the problem. It's everyone else. I can drive in the middle of the night when roads should have been closed in extreme blizzards perfectly fine. Go or not go. Humm. I really don't want to.
This is why you dont move till its un fogged
I was taught this from a very young age your telling me this isnt covered for others
I know it's not a popular opinion but, yes the guy should have wiped his screen but the main reason for that accident was the low sun. I ride a motorcycle and many times I've been blinded by a low winter sun and driven for multiple seconds on instinct alone. You can't simply stop every time the sun blinds you or you get rain reducing your vision. My point is that all the critical comments are easy to make. This guy isn't the first or last person to crash a vehicle.
As per video shown appear the truck driver could not see clearly should have taken all precautions even go very slow or even stop and clear front window and did not as per video shown need to not only suspend truck license should ban him for driving any trucks and that is a suggestion.
No place to pull over to wipe the windshield. Only other option is to slow down. The sun setting like that he couldn't see Jack.

I drive for a living and the standard of driving since the pandemic is shocking especially HGV drivers they drive around like they are driving in a car and not a massive forty ton load swerving in and out of traffic and never braking and I see at least one a day using the fast lane on the motorway there needs to be some technology used in vehicles now to help with the standard of driving and this will save hundreds of lives every year
The low sun didnt help
Does lorry get front fogs buttons ?
Giving female drivers a bad name…
iQs have dropped since 2020. Not sure why? 😊
I've got too scared even at normal speed whilst driving facing the sun. Sunglasses help a lot! Please put them on.
