How animal rescue efforts are helping crews find Texas flood victims

3. STOP TYING YOUR DOGS OUT!!!!!!! STOP CRATING YOUR DOG!! Lazy man's way. Puppies need to be walked 4 times a day and fed 4 times a day. If you walk them each day at the SAME time their internal clock sets and there will be no peeing in the house. DO NOT CRATE. Your animal needs to be able to alert you to problems and also save it self when you run from a flood or fire. MANY animals die due to human neglect, and ignorance. Nothing more. As for the rescues if anyone is able to drive cats up to Connecticut I would be willing to take in up to six. I will rehome them and send the funds to your rescue, keeping one or two kittens for myself. I had 13 but they all died of old age and I rehomed 32 strays to excellent homes. If you need help and someone can get them to me, great, I'm willing.
