Mark, I really love these beginning videos when you were genuine and just talking instead of forcing a smile for everything that you say. You are also a little more honest and judgmental about environments and food than you are now. I really hope that you can get back to this kind of state soon, instead of trying to please the people that you are with or visiting by saying every single thing is good. There have to be some things that are still uncomfortable or not as tasty as you would like.

I know you like to travel and I certainly wish I could at least do it in the summer time. Have you thought about that one day you and Ying would like to have kids? You're not going to be able to travel with babies and they will have to start going to school when they turn 5 or 6. (unless you don't want kids). Here's a thought, you can take all your knowledge from traveling and write a book or books.The book can be about what backpacks to use, how to pack, which restaurants were excellent, and even put in some recipes we can cook. You could make different volumes of books from different adventures with pictures and give credits to those places you visited in the bibliography, and anyone else they may have helped sponser you. Sell them online and/or with Barnes and Noble. You will need a publisher who would be willing to pay to publish your books for a percentage of sales (symbiotic relationship). You would be rich. Go now and do thus, cuz, I want to make some of what you eat! Good Luck!
