A high-speed police chase of a possible theft suspect in the Los Angeles County area Friday morning took a violent turn when the driver crashed into a dump truck.

When I was in highschool, I took driver's education and the crashes that were shown were VERY graphic. That helps people to understand the ramifications of driving recklessly.
It should be mandatory five years in prison for anybody that goes on a high-speed chase
