13. Golden mini retriever and a mini golden doodle

14. I have had Golden retrievers for the last 18 years. But as I get older they can be a little bit of a handful cuz my lastest are still pretty young (3 and 4). So for my next dogs I'm thinking something smaller that if it were an emergency I could pick them up to take to the vet if I needed to. I still want that golden affection and smarts. I've been considering a sheltie or maybe a papillon. But would love to hear some other options. Please feel free to comment.
