   So broke top of foot as i got elbowed to top of foot without foot padding on.

   Sparring got a right good punch to below ear had concusion for days 😮😮

43. As a boxer, l can say that chin is the worst place to be hit. The first time l played in a sparring, l got hit in the chin. For 3 days my left side of my face was hurting and l couldn't open fully my mouth
