I'm glad you also brought home her sisters with you, as well, to keep her company & also give them a chance at a loved secure life instead of on the harsh streets of India – the street dogs really suffer there, unfortunately. Keep moving those limbs with physical therapy when she's resting to try to spark the nerves. I've seen it happen before with time & patience. Dogs have amazing recovery abilities, as you've already seen. There is no guarantee, but she has a chance to recapture their use a little more with continuing efforts.
