The Vietnamese bamboo rat is considered a delicacy; it's completely different from field rat meat, guys. I regret that you shouldn't have reviewed rice rat meat like you did six years ago. But since you're eating a delicacy, it's only natural that it tastes much better.

We use different name for "Bamboo rat` that doesn't carry the negative connotation as "regular rat".
Most people feel repulsed about eating `rat`, but `bamboo rat` is fine.
