I like how there wasn't a single tornado mentioned in this video
Seems to me that Noah should have gotten a honorable mention. After all, the only survivors was on the boat. The rest of mankind perished all with all living things.
China got nailed
Damn, China is on this list many times …
Wondering how many lost their lives during Helena ,or we ever know the totals 🙏💕
If this guy doesn't list mosquitoes as the number one cause of death , then this list isn't valid.
If you follow the bible the great flood wins by killing about 99.7% of all people on the earth with the survivors neing noahs family and all animals minus 2 of every unclean 7 of every clean on the ark
Not sure what hates China more. Mother nature or China itself.
I live around Toronto, Canada so thankfully besides cold and snow we’re blessed to be safe. Mother Nature doesn’t spare anyone though. I was in my family room during the tsunami and seeing coverage was shocking and sad. Asia really gets the worst!
Along with record population numbers come record casualties … It's not surprising that 20th century China features prominently in the top ten of this list. However, this list also reminds us that water can be and often is deadly… even when the disaster is triggered by a storm or earthquake, it's often the water-related impacts that lead to the high death tolls.
Isn’t the map shown for the Kanto quake is Indonesia?
Strait of Messina: between Sicily and mainland Italy.
Have you studied Mandarin? I’m no expert, but your pronunciation of Chinese names and places seems excellent! Thanks for you videos!!
Great video
It almost seems like mother nature has a thing against China
You omitted that the Haiti disaster recovery was slowed when The Clinton Foundation stole all the international donations. Perhaps they blocked the money from going to the endemic gangs that have always been the only authority in the country. But it’s gone.
So you had that creepy ass s*** behind you every once in a while you should have some crazy thing I eat your head for a second or you know like look like he's going to come at your head I don't know but some badass would be cool and I appreciate your s*** but that would be awesome
Before I even listen to this, I know the number one should be the tsunami of 2004. So that’s my guess and I know I’m probably right. A lot of times we don’t think of that as a huge disaster at least as far as Americans go, but I think that is the deadliest disaster in history. I don’t think it’s talked about enough.😢
yeah the 2004 earthquake moved Sri Lanca airport so much you had to change the gps corridanace or miss the runway.
👍
Did you give up on your other channel??? Liked it just wondering if I should unsubscribe.
Thanks for the video. Nature is amazing and heartbreaking at times.
Awesome! Another video. I can't keep up. Love your work. Great videos, fun and informative. Need my snacks. Keep up the good work 👍
So you're not including volcanos in the natural disasters list? The 1815 eruption of Mt. Tambora in Sumbawa killed 71,000 to over 100,000 people.
I'm lucky in that I've only had to deal with two disasters during my lifetime: the Columbus Day Storm of 1963 (46 to 50+ deaths) and the Northridge Quake in 1994 (57 deaths). I only missed the eruption of Mt. St. Helens(57 people killed) in 1980 because I was living in a monastery in San Diego, Californa, at the time.
Hey, Mike. Has anyone ever told you that you look like the cuter, younger brother of Will Wheaton? 😉
More annoying clicking.
I was at my Nan's when the 2004 tsunami happened
Number 22. 102. Im king of the world 😅
