5:14 KAY-ROH, it's not in Egypt…
U miss numbered the utah one
The common theme Im feeling is Florida and Texas SUVs…
Undertakers are busy
I can only wonder, how many fatalities were due to drivers having to take their eyes off the road to adjust their HVAC, entertainment TOUCH SCREEN. In 1970 all controls were operate able by touch alone. There are even laws against looking at a phone, but looking even further away from the road in front of you? That's encouraged.
I-696 in Metro Detroit in Michigan is basically America’s Autobahn. Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger drivers are notorious for getting into dangerous wrecks.
Where I live, there's a road that's extremely dangerous, not because of the road itself, but because the arrogant idiots that drive on it, the people who are more obsessed with their own life and how fast are getting through it than anything else. I'll give you one example because I've only been on that road once but I've heard a million stories about it. I was literally getting on the entrance ramp and I got passed by someone when I was already doing 80 nearly hitting me. The road itself is perfectly safe. The idiots on it not so much. I was getting bumped around like a bumper car the entire time I was on that road which was all of like 3 mi. I literally was racing people just to try to get off my exit constantly doing way over the speed limit just to not get rear-ended it was f**** ridiculous never going on that road ever again if I can help it
I don’t know how but my gut told me that I-4 was going to be number one
Well, I think this is an interesting video. You don’t have your facts straight. The wreck that happened in Colorado with dry Creek with the representative was because she was drunk off of her ass three times the legal limit and ran into the back of a semi. imagine how many children and families could’ve been murdered because of this drunk driving politician who has a history and wealth earned reputation for being a drunk and then driving why didn’t her fellow politician stopper is my question
I know I-81 all too well, traveled all my life. I-77/81/80, sometime's I-78 to Rt. 33 north in P.A. I have seen some nasty accidents. Even White curtain's were used and if you see that on scene, you know someone passed on.
There are 18 thousand towable accidents everyday in the US ! Every day!
Most of these have nothing to do with the road
I-76 is only really bad between the Walt Whitman Bridge and I-476 in Conshohocken. That's the part named the Schuylkill and nicknamed the sure kill expressway. The rest is the PA turnpike and it's mostly fine except for some potholes
Man… I was looking for frequent falling rocks, blind curves, crumbling switchbacks, death cows from above… but I'm just hearing about isolated incidences of bad driving. Is this content?
1. Gaza. You can get some tanks shooting at you or some planes carpet-b*mbing the street
People need to slow down and stop driving like morons!😂
You mentioned I-215 in California well that road you missed out there's a lot more accidents in a little free car pile up at one time the fire department caused about 60 or to 100 cars to burn up on the Cajon Pass because they all blocked the freeway and everybody was scared to go around the fire trucks so their cars burned on the freeway and 138 you take that to avoid 2:15 thank you
I'm from Orlando, FL…..I guessed that I-4 would win as this video began….because I've witnessed what happens on that Interstate. It is deadly!
There is an extremely bad energy I-4 has. You can feel the negative energy, especially near the "Casadaga" exit. Casadaga is a "witch" and satanist town. They practice evil, which makes I-4 feel evil, as if it was alive and trying to kill you. I avoid driving I-4 because of the evil energy that highway exudes.
I am surprised that "Alligator Alley" wasn't on here….it runs from Naples, FL to Miami and has bunches of accidents because of dense fog and muck fires.
Great video! Thanks!❤
No mention of Interstate 60? 🤨
I am travel from Charlotte to Raleigh quite frequently. Almost completely urbanized. Absolute lifeline of the state.
The Road to Hana on the island of Maui is one crazy ride. Definitely more dangerous than most on this list and one of the worst in the world.
Good Grief! NOT all roads are dangerous but insane motorists can decimate everyone else. Too fast, reduced visibility, poorly prepared and erratic driving.
You forgot about 95 completely collapsing in Philly a few years ago
270 St. Louis, Mo. , ppl always getting shot
FYI The narration of I-40 mentions west of Albuquerque yet the video display the accident in the east.
You know what else causes crashes?Crash test dummies speeding on bald tires.
This is really about stupid drivers.
Has anyone else noted that the majority of what we are hearing about these "death trap" roads have nothing to do with the roads themselves? Fog, a truck that spilled cargo all over the road, etc etc. would wreak havoc anywhere…including, under the right circumstances, any driveway in the USA. Shame on this channel for calling these roads "so dangerous they shouldn't exist." If like me you were seeking information by viewing, you've instead been dealt Click Bait, and learned only that.
The Surekill is the area between Valley Forge and Philadelphia. The rest of the turnpike isn't bad as far as accidents, it's more about being the most expensive toll road in the world and the worst maintained.
Its not the roads its people driving on them
The worst road in the US? Hiway 285 west of Denver. Narrow, no shoulders, 2 lanes, and it caries Interstate level traffic.
Interstate 81 between christiansburg rockbridge in Virginia is extremely dangerous
I watched this video knowing that intrastate 4 would win the contest of worst road. it's complete stretch is always under construction, and filled with horrible florida drivers and tourist. i get on i-4 sparingly and i live 3 miles from exit 1.
I-676 supposedly has a traffic signal on it. That part should be declassified as an interstate.
I knew I-4, aka Die4, would be number one, but I-635 through Dallas is scarier. Those people drive like assholes.
I'm going to break check you and then you're going to crash in the back of me and die
Nothing says America when you're not shooting the neighbors
Were you shoot your the other driver that flipped you off
Or what you could do is for marbles out the window and kill someone
Because the guy in the truck tried at the brake check me and I die
Ok, so let's talk about Raton Pass. I've spent 10 years driving a truck over Raton on a regular basis. Their is absolutely NOTHING about Raton pass that is even remotely "dangerous" about it. It's not particularly steep, doesn't have any tight curves. The most dangerous thing about Raton or any pass is the entitled idiots who think the road is their personal property and you don't have any right to trespass on it.
Shitty drivers don’t make roads dangerous. Some of these are genuinely dangerous, but a lot of these roads don’t need to be on this list based on your reasons.
What about 11w in Tennessee
Most of I-76 in Pennsylvania is the Pennsylvania Turnpike, built as far back as the 1930s. The stretch in Philadelphia is the Schuylkill Expressway, nicknamed "Sure Kill." Connected roads include I-276 from the Delaware River to King of Prussia, which is tolled, and I-476 from Chester to Plymouth Meeting as the Blue Route and north of Plymouth Meeting as the Turnpike Northeast Extension.
We traveled on Route 66 as they were building I-40 in New Mexico and Texas – 1970s .
I-76 is trip too – tunnels are fun.
Highway 99 in California has ALWAYS been dangerous due to the tule fog.
how did Maryland 210 not make it?
I'd say that Quebec 389 from Baie-Comeau QC to Labrador City NL exceeds all of these, but that's of course also not USA. I drove that starting on 20 November 2024, unconscionably late in the season. Remoteness, some sharp curves with dropoffs, and some gravel patches with mediocre maintenance make it dangerous.
I heard of a place in Colorado called the Donner pass it is a steep mountain 14 percent grade and a nightmare for truck drivers like me although I never been there
😥
