It's high time people stopped building on flood plains, they are there for a reason and it's not for putting buildings on or roadways/pavements & paths/sidewalks. The reason for them is so that the water has somewhere to go in times of rivers over flowing, that way there would be less problems that are caused by flooding. If people would learn this simple fact the world would be a safer place.
Watching these incredible moments makes me question how much is nature and how much is editing.
