4. 2 things. Look at the hook (and/or) finger dial competition hook. This guy has it pressed down as if someone was holding down the dial. When that dial is turned it rings all the way through. He has it pinned down and that type of phone would do that until you let of the dial. Second, that guy at his work site play with that entity will come to regret this when it follows him home.

15. The cemetery clips from beardeddude are from the cemetery we live near. We've been there and it most definitely is active.. But not in a bad way. The spirits just want some company.

Regarding the cemetary haunting, folklore holds that if the first person buried in a cemetary was buried before the ground was consecrated, that person's spirit gets trapped in the cemetary and becomes a guardian of sorts. If this is a haunting, and one believes the folklore, it stands to reason that the guardian somewhat identifies with the gardener / caretaker and is trying to make its presence known. Note that it moves things but does not direct them at the gardener to cause harm. The saw fell behind him. If it was malicious, it could have hit him and caused harm.
