  1. I've got an orange ginger cuddly lap cat with a face just like his. He even sleeps on top of my head! Sometimes I have to have discussions with him about hogging my pillow, but he doesn't seem to listen. 😅 I'm so happy this cutie found loving cat parents.

  2. I hate people who abandon their pets. It's like abandoning your kids. People like that are evil.Im glad he was finally adopted. The cat had been traumatized so of course he wanted to be close. I'm glad this story has a happy ending

  3. I grew up with many cats throughout my whole life. almost all have been real dicks. I respect snd loved them for it. Why would this cat get rejected? Most cats approach relationships via transactions. You're a bad person if you do this. I'm telling both of our moms.

  4. I worked at an animal shelter where a cat was surrendered because she was, and I quote, "too affectionate". Whenever I worked I spent extra time with her, giving her love and affection to let her know it wasn't her fault and she is very deserving of love and affection. Heartbreakingly, she ended up catching feline leukemia and having to be put to sleep. I will never forget her and will always harbor rage towards that POS family that abandoned her, since if it hadn't been for their heartlessness, she might have never gotten feline leukemia and gotten the chance she deserved.

  5. I saved a girl tortoise shell cat from Euthanasia ( without knowing it until I got to the cashier at Petsmart ) she too was an extreme lap cat, she would wait for .e by the door until I come home. Upon entering the house, she followed me to my bedroom where I kept the treats, gave her treats and got undress. I then stopped by fridge, got something to drink and sat down in my recliner and up comes Mikalkat settling into her spot after making biscuits. She would stay there as long as I didn't have to get up…if I did get up she'd keep my spot warm until I came back then get up when I returned without me saying a thing. When it was time for me to go to bed, she would follow me to the bedroom, w8 for me to settle in and then take her spot on my lap all night unless I rolled over, then she would tuck herself behind my knees. In the morning, I'd have my coffee, and there was Mikala, my faithful girl. She's gone now, but man I miss her. Sweetest cat EVER. Sure loved her Papa 😊

  6. I have a cat that a friend's daughter found under his car. He was about 4 weeks old. So every day after work I held him and cuddled him under the blankets. Every day when I get home he is in bed waiting for me and cuddles all night. He waits for me in the driveway and by the time I get in the house, he's on the bed. .he is cuddled with me now.

  7. You can tell who has and hasn't had extremely clingy cats. There's a huge difference between a cat that likes to sit in your lap and one that insists on being there all day

  8. Omg what a disgusting human being to return this beautiful baby for any reason! I love my 3 cuddly kitties (mother who was a pregnant stray cat we adopted and her 2 sons 🥰). They melt my heart every day ❤️❤️❤️

  9. Thanks for genuinely being one of the few good things on the internet. Anytime I get to your shorts I stop watching shorts and call it a day cause it’s a happy note to leave off on. Please always stay positive. The world needs more of it right now.

  10. This happened with my cat! I was so floored when I found out the reason he was taken back to the shelter by his previous owner. Well, I'm so glad it happened, otherwise I wouldn't have the joy of cuddling with him every day 🩵

  11. What is wrong with people? Leaving your family cat behind when you move away? Great example for your kids. So happy he has found someone that deserves all the love he has to give.

  12. About 3 years ago in the winter my neighbor had got evicted and left her kitten outside and it was going to be about 18° and it was going to snow.
I fed it once and then it came to the door again the next day and regardless that I'm a rough and tumble contractor and I didn't expect to have a cat, I open up my door and she came on in.
She has a room of her own in my house but she's sleeping right next to me on the couch right now.
When I take a nap on the sofa facing the back of it, she climbs in between that little space near my chest and tucks herself into me and takes a nap with me, purring as sweetly as can be.
She will jump up on the end table, look me right in the face and "telepathically tell me" after she lays on her back, "the belly isn't going to rub itself and you're the only one with hands" so get to work human and I definitely want a treat afterwards. 😸😺🐱😇

  13. Wait….what??? Too….cuddly?? Meanwhile Jacques over here being absolute peak orange, I'm so glad he found his happily every after!! 🧡

  14. I have a lap cat and it is annoying some days. But I would not ever exchange the affection he gives me everyday for ANYTHING! And already gives me love for 14 years. (Btw, without circulation on my legs writing this message because of a fluffy bolder above them)
