The ONLY reason US is 1 is because all other countries hide this kind of crime, with the exception of Japan which celebrates their psychopaths. China is 1, India is 2, Afghanistan is 3, France is 4, Iran is 5, Iraq is 6, 7, 8, 9 are Niger, South Africa and Angola. Ethiopia is 10, Somalia is 11. Columbia 12, Argentina 13, Venezuela 14, Mexico 15, Bolivia 16, Guatemala 17. Russia is 18, Ukraine 19 and Philippines is 20. US isn't even in the top list.

The USA has a very cruel and violent history. Along with it's cultural narrative of individualism which is just code for selfishness and greed. This is a petri dish for serial killers.

I was actually standing in front of a TV set, when Rodney Alcala appeared on The Dating Game. Based upon how he smiled, and how he talked, I immediately thought that he could be a serial killer. Turned out I was right. If I remember right, it was later reported that his date, from the game show, canceled the date, because she thought he was creepy.
