  1. There are many countries that laugh at Japan's earthquakes. But that doesn't matter to Japan. Japan keeps moving forward. Are there any countries that will support us?

  2. OMG I am really scared of earthquakes. First one I ever herd was in the convent with the nuns in Turin, Italy. Beds were moving side to side and all of us little girls were screaming. We were all terrified. Please stay safe Japan we are all praying for you all. Well I am. Australia here, time for bed but I can't stop watching this video it's scary. 👀❤

  3. 日本に旅行に来る外国人は何が起きても自己責任であることを納得した上で来てください。日本は災害と共に生きる国です。日本人はそれが了承できない国の人には来ることを勧めません。

  4. As a Japanese person, I'm truly touched that people around the world are concerned about us during this earthquake. But we're fine. We survived the massive earthquake of 2011. We won't be defeated by an earthquake of this magnitude. We've become stronger than before. (When this earthquake struck, broadcasters swiftly switched to special earthquake coverage. Announcers issued warnings before the tsunami arrived, shouting loudly for people to evacuate quickly. I truly feel this response is far superior to the one back in 2011.)

  5. 今回の地震では壊滅的な被害は無し、怪我が30人、死者0人でした。
    日本のインフラ、建築技術に驚かされます。
    東北地方は3.11の大地震を経験してますから、他の地域より頑丈な建物になってると思います

  6. Japan appears to have developed exceptional preparedness in managing natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis.
I can hardly imagine the impact if an event of this magnitude were to occur in my country, Indonesia; many structures would likely collapse, and the loss of life would be significant.
It is clear that our nation still has much to learn from Japan in terms of disaster mitigation and response.

    Praying for everyone's safety.

  7. For those unaware, the trilling noise that sounds like a text alert is Japan's earthquake detection system warning people that one is coming. It's a technological marvel of seismometers on the ocean floor to the east of Japan, where the fault line that causes the earthquakes is. With recent upgrades, they can give up to ~30 seconds notice. Every one of those seconds counts. Bless the scientists who developed the system, and everyone who built and maintains it.

  8. 海外には、各地の揺れの強さである震度という考えがないから、地震自体の大きさであるマグニチュードしか言わない。場所、場所で揺れ方の強さは違うのに。😂
