Pilots are hailed as heroes, but they can also doom a hundred lives with one wrong decision.
Stop blaming “fate.” Most plane crashes come from human error… but nobody likes to admit it.
Who would have thought putting a wall at the end of the runway was a bad idea.
Crashes where the pilots made no mistakes and there was absolutely nothing they could have done to save their aircraft are the worst ones for me. The handful of cases where others then try to blame those pilots, usually in some kind of coverup, are infuriating.
