  1. I agree the only down side of japan is people are not open for diversity when I was a kid my dream is to go and live to japan but as I got older I learned that is not really a good idea which is sad and disappointing but every thing has its own flaws I guess.

  2. Yes, I always wonder why you take such gigantic bites. Take smaller bites and then you can enjoy your dish for longer. Plus, it looks gluttonous to stuff such gigantic portions of food into your mouth.

  3. 飛騨牛を紹介してくれてありがとうございます!
Thank you for introducing Hida beef! Even though I live in Gifu Prefecture, I haven't tried all ten ways to eat it. For Hida beef yakiniku, I highly recommend eating it with salt!

  4. Was there 2 weeks ago (3nights)… after spending too much money on restaurants, we decided to go to a local meat shop, bought close to 4 kilos (for 6 pax) for less than 50% of cost in resto.

  5. I love watching your videos because they come out for me at night and im an overnight Dispatcher. I love listening to your food descriptions as I eat my lunch at 4AM in a dark office. I am currently eating 2 Microwaved hot dogs each delicately place on whole wheat sliced bread. Each drizzled with ketchup honey mustard and relish. On the side I also am cold crips watermelon, diced to borg like cubes. And for desert a small cigarettes' box sized box of Nerds, one side watermelon and other is grape. And for my beverage Unsweetened pure leaf Tea, served room temperature because my office ice machine is broken. All being eaten on an office desk surrounded by 8 monitors for ambient light.

  6. I almost always love your content Mark. As Japan is my love since I first visited in 2017, I especially love your content from Japan. I cant wait myself to return there by the end of February 2026. So thank you very much for making me hungry once again for Japan 🙂.
