A section of the Shuangjiangkou Hongqi Bridge in Sichuan province collapsed on Tuesday (November 12), ten months after opening. Officials confirmed no casualties, noting the bridge had been closed a day earlier due to a 4-inch crack.
The 758-meter-long bridge, nicknamed “the bridge in the clouds”, is a key link connecting counties in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang autonomous prefecture and supporting the Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station. Authorities believe the collapse was caused by a landslide at one end of the bridge.
Investigators have been dispatched to assess the damage, and traffic is being rerouted. The mountainous region is prone to landslides, seismic activity, and extreme weather, making infrastructure projects in southwestern China particularly challenging.

I doubt very much that climate change had anything to do with this bridge collapse. Try deforestation or any other man made problems. Not everything that happens can be blamed on climate change!
