12. Millions of people speak spanish in the US & this short ass video doesn't prove anything other than the white vehicle merged into the other driver's lane, which is called an accident. The people in the white vehicle seemed genuinely emotional about the situation, believing it was the other driver's fault, & based on this video alone there's no reason to assume they're scammers, only that they are the one's at fault. (This video reminds me of the Chipotle employee who got fired for supposedly being racist, after the kid who posted the video was a repeat dine & dasher, but after the entire video & a bit of research done, the whole truth came out.)
