When Ricardo and Brian first saw a bear in their pool they couldn’t believe their eyes. The guys just record them and let them be, and the bears have been visiting them since. One day, Maddie bear brought her baby cubs with her for a swim, and Ricardo and Brian were beyond surprised. They all coexist together now and every day watching the bears is a magical experience for them.

Would they still buy that house had they known all the truth about the bears? I don't think so. They can't even enjoy going outside, have a swim or just tan, because the swimming pool area is domain of bears

This scenario certainly makes for a wonderful video but can't help wondering what might happen when these habituated might take offense when the humans every try using 'their' pool? Its great/smart that they don't feed the bears but they ARE offering them free club-med access to the facilities whenever they want to drop by which might lead to a catastrophe.
im not sure if this is a good or a bad thing lol. cause these bears get maybe a little too comfortable around humans this way. but its still cute to see

Yeah, that's really nice. The wild animals seem docile. So I can't imagine how careful every time I'd have to be going in and out of the house, or if I'd ever use the pool myself!

I shrieked when the bear got on the floatie and floated in the water. So cutteeeeeeee.
The homeowners are great. They seem to be emotionally healthy. Calm. Chilled. Kind. Sensible. Adaptable. Respectful. The woman quickly closed the door but not screaming or ran away is a sign. I would be their neighbour.
Wait until a bear breaks the door destroys the house or makes lunch out of the home owners. They won't be cute anymore.
