9. I moved into a 1911 house 6 years ago. We have a new member to our family that we know is a female. Some times she's mischievous while others shes protective of our family and home. Haven't seen or heard from her in a while. But its usually around october- decemeber that she shows up again.

40. My rental agreement came with the signing bonus of a mimic, a couple of shadow people and every now and then floating green eyes. Over 15 years later and we still live there, and as I have often pointed out, I pay the rent.
    Result being no green floating eyes in ten years, the shadow people only pop in now and then, and the mimic has probably lost count of the different ways it's been told to shut up. Probably learnt a few new swear words too.
