2. if people slow down enough and freeze frame every frame from seeconds before to the lead up to his shooting you can see the bullet entered his head first from behind and a little above before it exits through his neck.
   his head also gets jolted a little forward and his body leans forward for half a second as his neck scrunches up the same way a persons body would from this angle while getting shot from behind.
   so i dont think the shooter came from what is behind the camera facing kirk from one of the buildings 200 yards away. it came from a much closer source behind charlie
