The first one with the car and the thieves running from the store wasn't hilarious to me. Someone could've been hurt by the car, and those thieves were hurting other people.

The Amazon guy and loose dogs make me so angry because no one should be letting their dogs out loose and even if they accidentally got out, they shouldn’t be chasing people. The horse one pisses me off because not only was taking the chair dangerous but horses can easily hurt a person if they get spooked and then the animal is blamed.
