1. What are your thoughts on this behavior? Other than these people thinking this is funny, which it is not what is he doing wrong here?

   He is praising this behavior by cuddling the dog in this aggressive state, loving up on him in this aggressive state, giving zero corrections to him while he is in this aggressive state all COMMUNICATING to the dog this is the behavior I want from you.

   This could very well end up being another Cane Corso on the news for mauling someone.

   I will be kind as maybe this individual does not understand dog communication but people need to start taking their leadership and how they raise their dogs seriously. People not knowing what they are doing while raising a dog is one of the biggest reasons dogs bite and attack. Share this video to make everyone aware of WHAT NOT TO DO. The way this dog is being handled makes me sad. REMEMBER….. you are always training your dog. You are either training them to act in a manner you want them to behave in or inadvertently training them in a manner of how you do not want them to act…. which is exactly what this gentleman is doing here.

7. My grandfather taught me not to ever hold a dog back like that because it just makes them defensive and if you hold a dog like that when you take your hand off of them they will think your giving them the signal to attack.

14. The owner has to take full accountability of whatever harm this dog causes to anyone or any other animal.
    I have a pitbull x English pointer, he wouldn't even dare lift his lip to anyone at home under any situation, and even with my mother, she had two boerboels(which are larger and more powerful than a cane corso) and they were well behaved and showed absolutely no signs of aggression.
    It's NOT the breed of dog that's the problem it's the owners.

19. Maybe it's a guard dog my alabai only does that to other dogs😂 but when my dog was 3 months old he would back to 9-month-old Cane Corsos off the food bowl and take it from them 😂

25. I have a cane corso, he is loving and always likes to cuddle, but he is also very protective. I left my front door open when i was grabbing my groceries, and he walked outside by the girl delivering groceries, and when he saw she wasn’t doing any harm, her started pawing her gently for pets. My grocery delivery person loved him.

    (I also let him go outside without a leash before and he walked off, but i yelled him name and whistled and he came running around the corner to me)

40. What an idiot! Never had to train any of my CC’s to protect! They did it naturaly when it was needed! NEVER to impress!

This just convinces me that there are to many people breeding these dogs for to many people that don’t have a clue or common sense to take the time to raise and train one of these pups to be a well balanced dog in the public giving people that do and the breed a negative stigma around them, just like a lot of the Alpha breeds you have people getting caught up in the “cool factor and some sort of status symbol “ by bringing a dog home then oh you mean i actually have to spend time and train train this dog ? I call on the breeders to start vetting the people they sell to also YouTube and Social media has some responsibility in this as well with people showing their dogs in way of the status imagery, Jason your channel and maybe 1 or 2 others show the real side of training feeding and yea these dogs require going to the vet like all others, the girls at my vet love when my dogs come in why ? Because they tell me they have another CC that has to be sedated before he comes for a simple exam, there are no bad dogs only bad owners.
