One of my most hated features of this game. A good chunk of the addons are braindead stupid. "Decreases your powers efficiency by .0001% when a survivor scratches their balls at midnight on the oppsoite side of the world from you" like are we serious. I hate these addons thwyre so trash, what do you mean 1.5 speed during ads or shaving A QUARTER OF A SECOND from reloading the redeemer????? Fire this balancing team now

7:28 hey you got a thing wrong and is that when Némesis first released the hindered if I remember right was about 0,25s which was absolutely nothing and increasing It to 0,45 did also nothing so yeah you just missed that the 2s hindered basekit was added in the earliest nemesis buffs

I think Black Grease was meant to be use with Lightborn (Lightborn being Billy's perk), so that survivor tries to flashlight you more than what they should. Still not very good but at least I see what they tried to do
I actually like Waterlogged Shoe now. It makes Hag a Speed Demon in chase at the cost of not being able to teleport. Huge downside, but it’s a fun way to play her in my opinion.
Summoning stone was even worse than you said. The short range and injury trigger basically meant that it only ever prevented survivors from panic dropping. Literally buffing survivors for bringing it.

Scrapped Tape was with Doc since his release, not just for 1 patch. With his rework it was replaced with Iri queen. Then a patch later it was brought back cause Obedience – Tier 3 (counter clockwise skill checks) was made basekit and BHVR wants each killer to have the same amount of add-ons
I enjoy bad and meme addons more than the good ones so I get sad when they get removed :/

The main problem with Low Power mode now though, is that for the Haste you have to rotate the drone or get a scan within like 4 seconds of putting one up, meaning you cannot get Haste, which is the only thing she has to help her actually down people.

If this video isn't just hillbilly add-ons where using his power was bad, and we asked the devs to fix them, and they said NUH UH for years, then I don't know what else could be the 20 worst add-ons.
The thing is, charcoal stick is actually pretty good as an addon, as long as you aren't in chase. There is literally 1 good thing about it, being a very, VERY slightly better way to get long range damages.
These are addon combos but they are still remarkably bad:
Burger king myers: old judith's used to give permanent 9% hinder, so with mirror you could lock yourself to tier 1 and have permanent 9% hinder on top of the already slower tier 1, i think you were as slow as nurse and also had no lunge
Burger king blight: last year the devs started touching blight's addons and on one patch they made c33 give a huge bonus to turning speed but limited you to 2 rushes, combined with another addon that used to remove one rush, you could play blight with a single rush, so you couldn't hit people with his power, that was plain hilarious

I still say Overheat was the best thing to happen to Billy as it required players to use his chainsaw skillfully instead of constantly spamming it. Overdrive just makes him impossible to play against now.
I kid you not I have an actual Wraith clip where I basically emulated that old add-on with Insidious and I got genuine value out of it. It should be called "Imagine getting Insidious value as Wraith (featuring Shattered Hope value)"
