No driver is looking that far down the sidewalk because pedestrians and pedal bicyclist don't move at 20+ mph. The Ebiker clearly saw the truck coming and slowed down. Had every opportunity to avoid the accident but entered the intersection anyways. Absolute dumbass. That's why he didn't ask for the drivers info cause he knew he was in the wrong
