  1. if u really wanna grow ur glutes, the stair master is nonsense. gym girls eat a lot and lift pretty heavy in order to achieve naturally rounder butts.

    these stair master girls will get a bbl or are naturally blessed with a nice butt so they feel like they have the “knowledge” to try to tell others how to workout 🙄

  2. And just another tip stick to the middle of the stair climber not the top step it really helps engage everything, it’ll feel a hell of a lot harder but that’s the point right?
