I love Doug getting fired and him going to give Jon a handshake and Jon just goes “it’s okay” and walks away 😭
I do agree that the lower staff shouldn’t be blamed for lack of training and fired for that..HOWEVER like the lady from island, her attitude and how she treat customers would be the prime reason I would fire her, or anyone.
NGL the first guy, Peter, seemed petty but if we're already failing then there has to be a zero tolerance policy
Why is USA so allergic to optics? Optics give a standardised measure every pour.
First guy shouldn't have been fired
Okay the first one, that guy did not need to be fired. Warned maybe but a firing was a bit excessive.
I don't agree with the waiter getting fired for eating on his shift. That's a common practice and you can tell he had no idea he did anything wrong.
You date the girls you don't hire the girls. So the manager is employing his girlfriend in someone else's bar.
Kitchen staff, no kitchen staff shittin lead like that. No kitchen staff Haus!!😂😂😂
How many of the "thieves" DROVE away in nice cars .. yet
.. they were Innocent.
I've been in the industry 15 years. Takes a lot of saving and consistent reliable income for that. Be loyal
The guy on the scooter claiming he has cooking awards and yet doesn't understand that u don't smash the burgers unless it's a smash burger which those aren't he to dumb to cook at McDonald's 😂
Sean a complete idiot I've never ran a bar or restaurant but the fact I've worked in them since I was 14 an 51 now I even know you don't keep taking tables without ringing them in we call them table hoppers you drop all them checks in the kitchen at once they All coming out at once and majority of it will be cold stacked on top touching each other collecting germs from the plates then you'll either need to remake everything or comp their bills he would be cussed out so fast by the cooks seriously dude a imbecile
44:28 Kevin is a liability and a lier he did not get his cooking colonary arts and no cooking rewards?.
31:18 credit to this owner, he knew exactly what he had to do, and didn’t hesitate like some of the other firings I’ve seen on this show
The first guy who quickly ate some fries should have been given a warning at max…of course this is based on what little is shown here, and not on what was said or done during the rest of the episode
Jack Black is a chef now.
A lot of these comments kinda suck. I feel like a lot of you haven't worked in hospitality at a higher level than first job as a teen. A lot is the owners fault, but there's times where you can tell with an employee that you can't polish them.
cops lay in bed at night and fondle themselves "trespass, escalate to arrest, deploy taser, I… found… drugs… in…. uh uh"
"I'm not denying that I took the clothes, but it's not like I took them intentionally to steal them" like what 😭😭😂😂😂
The first guy shouldn't have been fired…
30:06 – screaming at an employee which was not trained properly – this is just poor management and even worse behaviour because screaming at someone in front of the whole bar is just displaying, that you have very poor antisocial traits.
Firing employees over small misstakes,
Them saying "…you screwed up small details in two drinks (because you were not properly trained by the owner) you are therefore fired! Well you are fired because of your attitude and not what you actually did. We will even call the police to get you into the jail with a trespassing claim to ruin your life forever."
It is just absolutely absurd to fire them during stress test when everyone is just totally stressed out!
While expecting them to work 120% and do everything with like double the speed … just to bring in money for the actual owner.
Firing them is just a method to create an atmosphere of fear and loathe.
Living the hire & fire culture of america instead of bulding a good team, getting good employees.
Embarassing.🤮🤮🤮
Don't fire that girl over a f*king shirt .. sometimes in the bar biz we grab a shirt, or a coozie or a hat… It's no big deal….we walk around in said clothes so you getting free publicity…
They probably hired Nate back I mean a fake ID lowkey I wouldn’t be too worried about letting them in that’s almost taking it too seriously to think EVERYONE would have a fake ID
Oh shit! TJ Quills was one of my first bars. I was 19. Quarter beer nights were amazing.
Phillip seems like a solid down to earth fella
RIP PETER HE DIDNT DESERVE IT
The usually suspect
Im not as good as Jon but i saw some flaws in my local bar.. the owners dont wanna change anything… the staff is leading more than the owners. Not sure theyre getting richer this way.
Nothing funnier than, "i'm such a great chef, i can cook a hamburger, i've won awards" aggressively rides off on a scooter 😂
