Today we have a huge meal event, two of the best Chefās in Miami will be coming together to cook @GugaFoods and I the meal of our lives!
A huge thank you to Chef Guillermo Eleiceguiā (https://www.instagram.com/chefguillermoeleicegui/) from Ossobuco Miami (https://ossobuco.miami/) for hosting us – his restaurant specializes in wood fire grilled foods, especially inspired by South America, and where Chef Guillermo is from, Argentina. .
And a huge thank you to Chef Erhan Kostepen (https://www.instagram.com/cheferhankostepen/) of Doya Restaurant(https://doyarestaurant.com/), one of the hottest restaurants in Miami serving Aegean food from Turkiye and Greece area.
Each Chef cooked one of their favorite dishes until we had 10 or 12 dishes consecutively. It was an extremely memorable meal, and if you love to eat, you should eat at both restaurants when youāre in Miami, USA.
Also, a huge thank you to @GugaFoods for making this happen, it was so much fun to hang out to eat!

At first glance, your thumbnail looked… like… a soft… black dudes… hmmm š® Then I watched the video š
I can't say I've laughed so much, lol. This was a lot of fun…Mark and chef making the sensual love noises together had me almost crying, and I got confused a couple of times as to which one was guga or his twin. All of these dishes had my mouth watering

Please, can someone tell me whatās the name of that crushed red pepper š¶ļø that the chef used in the fisherman stew. š². I rewinded over and over on my tv and phone and couldnāt make it out.
Admirable chefs. Passionate, balanced and perfectly executed dishes. Chef Erhandelt has the same relaxing voice as Anthony Quinn, itās almost Zorba-like.
