  1. Plus, open hand palms out will look good on the cameras around that be recording….if & when it goes to the court, the video will show that you're on a defensive and you're just protecting yourself from the aggressor…especially, if you severely hurt or injure the aggressor.

  2. Sigh. Not the first time I hear this…peoplestart from their hand down. Once one of them raise their hand the other one will move in immediately because he thinks you want to hit. You are indirectly starting the fight!!!!!!

  3. The best one is kick to the knee fast and hard but u have to practice a lot to preform it when opponent moves and the next one is push kick the the stomach after this is low kick and knees

  4. It happened to me one time a guy started to push me and i did not want to fight put he continued and I kicked him on the inside of the knee he fell but next day i learned the i torn his miniscus and acl i was verry woried because inwas 16

  5. It's a street fight.
Leg kicks to destroy the legs.
Knee kicks when they drop down.
    (Groin kick for critical damage)
But running away is indeed the wisest option.

  6. Some punk tried to mug me 3 years ago. At the train station . He had a knife… I landed an solid low kick in the behind the knee, and i run out of there. The adrenaline… i never hit the pads/heavy bag, as hard , as i hit him.

  8. 100% how we taught in kyokushin when it was time for self defense. No fancy shit, no YEAH YOU CAN HANDLE IT, 100% disable ASAP, run, you win.

Actually had to use it, ended up being easier to do a throw because of initial interaction. Did that, stomped the guy's face and ran like I was competing in a marathon.

Am I proud? That depends. To have lived? Yes. To hit someone so hard…ehh, nah.

  9. A kick has to be effective. Hit in th center, and when you go for the legs, do it in a way that will take him down, a sweep or something else

  10. Only seen one street kick fight in my entire life that was in France, 2001, some guy broke a beer bottle to use it as a weapon the other guy started doing some martial art typ kicking moves, well then another guy came in with a knife someone got hurt and the ambulance soon arrived

  11. Well… it’s best to be armed and not engage at all. You might get out numbered, pushed the floor and stomped to death.

Be physically fit, learn to fight but choose to carry.
