Can you WIN against a Boxer in a Street Fight?

This question is always being asked to boxers all the time. People think that because you are a boxer or a fighter, they want to test themselves against you in a street fight. However, I’ve never had anyone say they wanted to street fight with me because they know they would get knocked out

  1. You would have to be under the influence of something pretty strong to be dumb enough to think that you could beat a boxer.

  2. If you get hit from a boxer you one of two dead or almost dead. Bcuz your body not ready for that massive damage your body is soft. So a boxer guy will find that he can punch you with full power without fear on his hand

  3. Am only 14 so its weird to say this but i would ask you out on 1v1 because i realize fighting is fun and what way to learn to fight? Is by fighting someone analyzing the movements and copying it yes idk why but its like garou from one punch man copying techniques

  4. As a boxer myself I’ve only ever been in one street/bar fight some drunk bloke thought I stole his phone and took a swing at me.. let’s just say I sobered him up

  5. Street fights are pointless but there are plenty of techniques in mma that destroy boxing any day of the week. Just depends on whose asking and what they know

  6. Having said this – morons used to approach Chuck Liddel all the time and challenge him to a fight. Same with BJ Penn. Maybe MMA fans are just more fkn deluded than boxing fans, or just way less respectful

  7. No, I don't think any sane person "wants" to get into a street fight, but I'm not going to lie I like my chances against a boxer in a fight just because I was a wrestler that competed in a tough division, in a tough weight class. I feel like 99.9% of people are out of their league once a wrestler gets their hands on them, respectfully. I just think most people don't have the experience of feeling someone manipulate their body in ways that are trained with thousands of reps. If you're close enough to punch me, you're close enough to get grabbed. And if a wrestler gets their hands on you, you're going down, and you're not getting back up unless they want you to. For reference, my uncle was a pro boxer and he would agree with me on this.

  8. There are delusional people out there who believe that boxers and mma fighters would lose on the street because there are no rules. Those people are absolutely delusional

  9. in a street 90% of the people won't know u are a damn boxer unless you roam around with ur gloves on..U aint no mike tyson broda…Lets say one day for some reason u mess up a with an unknown individual and after getting whooped up u get the feeling that he is aa mma fighter ..what about dat?!

  10. And even for a fairly trained individual, you shouldn't pick a fight with them. I myself trained boxing for fitness (for almost a year). And one day I got involved in a street fight against 3 people. In the start, one of them attacked first (of course it's a hail mary hook) and I'm able to knock him down with a basic jab-hook combination. What sets apart a person trained with boxing is the precision of their punch. With precision you can deliver a strong punch.

  11. Chuck Norris used to own a beach bar in Southern California and one of the doormen was Jean-Claude Van Damme. Some drunken fools would try to pick a fight with either of them. Fail!

  12. When I was in high school I fought a boxer and to this day I say he was the most difficult fight of my life… every blow as landing clean to my face 😂 good times

  13. My mate's Dad was Johnny Prescott RIP, really good heavyweight in the 60's and 70's from Birmingham. He fought Henry Cooper at the Blues ground for the British title.
Blokes regularly had a pop at him around town back in the day. He obviously demolished most (if not all) of them but it pissed him off cuz he had to be careful whenever he was out. Booze obviously played the major role in this nonsense.

  14. Hes tall. I on the other hand am 5'7". When I say I know how to box EVERYBODY comes at me. Lucky guy. Come down here with short guys and youre always fighting. And everyone is bigger than you too. You get good but you get mean too unfortunately.
