  1. Ok, the police did get the lady out of the wreckage and she is moving. She’s alive and I pray she is okay today after that slamming of the two vehicles ‼️‼️🤨😡 I hope the guy has been sentenced and in prison so he can’t hurt anyone else‼️‼️🤨😡 Prayers go to the lady who was hit

  2. In any other sophisticated country the Police would have backed off to allow the situation calm down!, no one would have been injured, no property damaged and the culprit caught at some point shortly later.

  3. at 2:35, what begins speaking? a man? a woman? something in between? so difficult to tell the difference these days…..

at 4:20 you know it's a white guy, cuz no illegal nor melanin-laden person would care to check on the victim they just created.

at 6:00 all of a sudden, we have your typical modern day know-nothing-yet-know-it-all mechanic chime in. bwahahahaha.

Man I feel so bad for anyone with any genuine intelligence that has been unable to leave the hellscape that is California.

Find a way to burn your house down, take the insurance check, and run Forrest run!

(YouTube will flag this comment, even though it is truthful and legit)

  4. The saddest part about this incident is that the innocent woman will be hit by her insurance company with double the premiums for having been in an accident, they do not care that she was innocent.

  5. The number of LAPD cars involved is insane ! I can believe it's necessary, specially if US cops are not authorized to drive in a forbiden way.But why so many civil servants are still arriving after a necessary call to the central when the suspect has been arrested ?!

  6. At least seven police cars were on scene ! The perpetrator has been caught – aren't some police officers superfluous here now ? It's a great shame that none of the many police officers in LA provided first aid to the victim – an absolute absurdity in Germany ! This shouldn't be a precedent in Germany !

  7. Thank you for this contribution.

There is no point in chasing after a delinquent who does not want to stop. It wastes too much energy (vehicles, emergency services, time, and fuel).

The first priority should be to protect innocent people.

    1. At some point, he will run out of fuel.

    2. He could have been stopped in the first few minutes. The helicopter had visual contact.

At 1:16, you can see four police vehicles chasing him. Why?

One is following at a safe distance so as not to endanger other road users with his reckless driving, as was the case at the end. The others are listening to instructions from the helicopter and cutting him off.
They could have intercepted him on S Los Angeles St.

Finally, I can see 14 police cars. Why? The delinquent has been handcuffed (small silver chain) and is sitting in the police vehicle.

Everyone else immediately move away and go about their usual work!

Based on these excellent recordings, you can evaluate the situations and improve. You grow with your tasks.

Police work has improved significantly overall, and optimizing driver training (cornering, turning, skidding, braking, and accelerating) at a dedicated training facility will complete the picture. The offender wasn't even driving fast. How do you intend to proceed if he races through the city at 100 miles per hour?

  8. Apparently people that live in LA are just a bunch of robots. To the lady reporter: that's maybe a 6 foot drop. And the crash victim got out the driver side because the vehicle is upside down, that's not the passenger side like she said. And isn't it nice how none of those 4 cops are kneeling down to comfort the victim and make sure she's alright? They're all just standing over her like a bunch of emotionless idiots.
