JOHNSON COUNTY PURSUIT ENDS IN SUSPECT FATALITY
December 25, 2024
At approximately 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, an Arkansas State Police (ASP) Trooper performed a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) maneuver to stop a fleeing suspect on Interstate 40 westbound near the 61-mile marker. The fleeing suspect, driving a 2006 Honda Pilot, died from injuries he sustained when the vehicle traveled into a wooded area north of the interstate, striking trees before coming to rest.
The Trooper initially stopped the suspect for driving 98 mph on Interstate 40 westbound near the 66-mile marker. During the stop, the 33-year-old suspect from Hampton, Virginia, gave the Trooper a false name and date of birth.
The suspect was wanted in Virginia for fleeing, giving false identification and being in possession of a controlled substance. A loaded handgun and drug paraphernalia were found in the suspect’s pockets. A taser and 4.9 ounces of cocaine were was located in the vehicle.
Information from the case file:
Upon reaching the final rest location of the Honda Pilot, a deceased black male was observed leaning out from the front
passenger window with trauma to the head. The seat belt for the driver seat was locked in the safety mechanism, the
vehicle airbags had deployed, and the steering wheel was bent. Damage to the Honda Pilot included the windows and
the windshield, the roof of the vehicle, the rear gate, and the front and the passenger side. Near the 3rd POI and within
a few feet of the vehicle, the car battery and engine components were observed. Next to the location of the body and
exterior of the vehicle, two (2) cell phones were collected as evidence. The first cell pone, ERE-1, was identified as a
black and silver Motorola cell phone. The second cell phone was next to ERE-1 in the underbrush and it was collected
as ERE-2, iPhone in a black case.
Due to the damage to the doors of the Honda Pilot, the Lamar Voluntary Fire Department was requested to remove the
front passenger door. Once the door was removed, several cell phones and a radio fell from inside of the vehicle
floorboard onto the ground. There were three (3) cell phones and a hand held radio observed to be powered off or
damaged, and were identified as a Motorola Smart Phone (ERE-6A), a purple Vortex phone (ERE-6B), a black
Torras phone (ERE-6C) and a Cobra walkie talkie (ERE-6D). A fourth (4th) cell phone was observed to be
operational, and it was collected as evidence (ERE-9, a T-Mobile blue cell phone). When collected, ERE-9 showed
directions to [redacted] Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. ERE-9 was then placed into airplane mode and
stored.
Located on the body was a revolver contained one (1) spent round and five (5) live rounds, a black digital scale, & 2 one dollar bills with a white powdery residue (suspected cocaine).
Located in the vehicle was a black stun gun and a black case containing suspected cocaine.

Quick edit: Trooper Clokey's wife commented below. Please scroll down to view, I'm not going to paste her words here because they are more impactful coming from her. Secondly, the CID case file mentioned one of his cell phones had the GPS directions to his mom's house. He was heading there for Christmas. To anyone who needs a reminder: 1. Don't let a poor decision cost your life. 2. Check on your loved ones. You just never know.

Has he ceased to be a sovereign citizen?
Those Sovereign Citizens Will Never Learn and will take it to their Graves this guy gets himself killed on Christmas Eve. They are idiots and a danger to themselves.
Do NOT run from police in Arkansas. They do NOT Fck around. Im all for it!!!
If im a police officer and i hear "im a sovereign citizen" youre getting cuffed immediately.
Do you know the difference between a normally stupid SovCit and an outstandingly stupid SovCit is? The second one drives at 98 miles an hour.
That "sovereignty" these people act like they are apart of applies to Native Americans who live on an Indian Reservation and foreign diplomats.
It just means that they have different rules to abide by and are immune to SOME laws in America but can be investigated by different agencies.
Performing a pit at that speed should be reckless endangerment to the public. That was absolutely reckless.
Wonder if, in the dude’s last bit of consciousness, he was wondering why the patrolman was calling him “Shawn/Sean”.🤔
Wow. That was a textbook perfect pit for a textbook criminal. Reminds me of a song. "Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time."
Nice pit
His shizzle got fizzled up
Since the FBI and Homeland Security have classed sov-citizens as a terroristic threat, arrest them as such, federal prison time, bet we hear from less of them on the roads
"Whiskey bottle brand new car OAK TREE your in my way"".. Lynyrd Skynyrd
CHIRP
he's only 35, and sounds like someone doing a humorous impression of an 80-year-old hilljack.
Dude is dead 4 nothing. So sad
Entropy is coming for everyone eventually, some folks just decide to get there quicker.
Obviously this is a tragic ending of someone’s life and this is an example of how your decisions impact your life as well as other’s. Two families had a heartbreaking Xmas that next day and the responsibility are exclusively on the sovcit’s (criminal) shoulders.
Tragic ending of poor decisions.
I usually do run. Ran away successfully in: PA, NJ, DEL, MD, NC, IN, KY maybe more. Unsuccessful attempts in KY, IN. Fastest speed on road was an indicated 204 mph.
He's not dead, he's traveling to hell
“Shawn Robinson” gave the world an awesome 2024 Christmas gift.
When people decide to run from the police or these troopers, they open themselves to every risk…including death. And, that decision to run puts these officers at high risk as well.
The scariest criminals are the ones who stop caring.
OFFICER WAS WORKING SICK AND ON CHRISTMAS EVE. Located on the body of the criminal was a revolver contained one (1) spent round and five (5) live rounds, a black digital scale, & 2 one dollar bills with a white powdery residue (suspected cocaine). Located in the vehicle was a black stun gun and a black case containing suspected cocaine.
Another perfect example of a "brainwashed" lost cause who thought being a "THUG" was useful !!!
Thank God for ASP !!!
Always amazed how strong even a small tree is.
The first mistake (and worst misrake) they made was running from ASP..
Sovcit Shane / Brandon was last seen arguing with Skt. Peter why the laws of physics does not apply to him and it's all a big misunderstanding.
The laws of man didn't apply to him, but alas, the laws of physics still did.
When will people understand that you can not outrun a radio. The pure stupidity
Police are the sovereign citizens 😂
You Should not Run ! Jest take it like a gropup
The driver who ran was the ONLY one who had a choice that evening.
So sad. All because he didnt want to follow the laws. Prayers.
Trooper did his job the way he was supposed to! He tried to get the driver out of the vehicle before the idiot decided to run. I feel for the families impacted but I have no sympathy for the driver!
The decision was his and it cost him his life. He would have gotten a few tickets. Need big deal .😢
The stress that officer went through is beyond sad. They have a job to do. Period.
Some Christmas Eve 🎁.
Odds are the deceased's request of a supervisor was finally met.
Another failure of Immigration into America, after 8 generations, still not Americanized, what are the American voters not requiring our elected officials to do?
Another sovereign citizen bites the dust
Oh noes, he didn't make it. How sad
Another "sovereign citizen" that played the game and lost. Oh well.
TWFTT the SC did
You play, you pay…….
If you are a sovereign citizen or thinking about becoming one, just remember that your own rules apply to everyone because you are claiming citizenship status. You cannot be sovereign and a citizen at the same time, those are complete opposite in meaning. No, you can't make it fit. And since your own rules apply to everyone, because it is citizenship that you are applying, then you have placed at risk everybody on the road and you stole another citizen's vehicle. It doesn't matter if you say you are traveling, the body you claim exists with your person in it….just violated the rights of all the rest of us. You are driving because you, Person Mr. Man created by God, obviously is incapable of forcing your own hands and feet to stop manipulating the mechanical engine that propels a vehicle into motion. Therefore, you are stupid.
So, Person Mr. Man created by God, I shall claim my sovereign citizenship over you by allowing the police to represent me from you. And if they have to take you down, then so be it. That's how it works, morons. Oh, and that whole "owed a debt by the government", since you violated the rights of other citizens, it now belongs to us citizens that you violated our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, so every sovereign citizen, pony up the dough. You owe us.
Wow police job is so dangerous, imagine he alone at this stop with a man with a gun, the police alone no backup was available at the time, wow good work officer. This is a lonely and dark road.
