I have lived in many haunted houses (I actually think it’s me that’s haunted) Some have been subtle things happening, but one in particular was really haunted and I saw full appreciations and things would move around, doors would slam and it was horribly frightening. So yes, in my experience hauntings do occur and they can turn your life upside down and make you fear going home or being on your own in a house.

The video about the house where the tenants do not last very long is a bit annoying. The lady recording keeps repeating at least 5 times that tenants break their lease very quickly. "Rompen el contrato" they rip the contract. The video of the white lady at a distance while spooky could be faked.
