Spread The Viralist

Hi and Welcome. In this video Professor Lorne Therrien Sr. teaches four of the most effective throat strikes for self-defense. These strikes should be used only in situations where there is an immediate and serious threat, as they can cause significant injury or even death. Proper training is essential to ensure control and understanding of when such a strike is justified.

  1. Awesome. This aligns with my personal experience of being prepared to strike quickly, proactively, to this vital area on the first indication of imminent attack or coercion. It's a deadly tool-set very effective by anyone that can be quick enough to deploy at the right time. And the right time is the time they don't expect it: when they are still "setting you up". If you wait for them to finish setting you up, they have time to watch you and attack, so you must move first… on indication, not their action.
    That's called proactive.

  2. This is why the Wu Tang Clan said to "Protect Ya Neck"! 😜 Great Instruction Lorne. I really like how you've set up your Bob. In fact, you give me more uses for mine. I realize how I underutilized this tool.

  3. – Very Interesting for Survival !

    These are refining reminders
for me and also new learning
    of ‘Forearm Strike’ !
