39. People keep saying for 6:45 the video submitter is wholly at fault but I beg to differ, could the POV vehicle sit at that stop sign longer to ensure the coast is clear? Yeah, But theres reason to be made, such as the charger being black in color, basically being hidden by the shade of the trees it came out of. You could miss that at a glance. But the most important part, when the POV vehicle brakes for their subsequent left turn, the charger crosses the solid yellow and doesnt even BOTHER braking which is ABSOLUTELY NOT a safe way to avoid a collision, you stand on the brake, not steer into the face of a potential oncoming car, the hard shoulder would be better.
