  1. BG, you gotta check out the recent video from Paugus Bay, Lake Winnipesaukee. A storm came in hard and fast and a bunch of people who were "rafting" at the sandbar got ravaged by the wind and rain. Harrowing video… you'd love it for your next montage!

  2. Whe you go boating, every outing is an unexpected adventure. After 45 years of boating i have had my share both as novice and an experienced captain ( not licensed). You have your excellent days and your catastrophic days.

  3. I've spent a good portion of my life at sea.

The reason I now live 200 miles from the ocean at 3500' on the side of a mountain is:

THE WATER WANTS TO KILL YOU!

Seriously. Never turn your back to the water. It can kill you in seconds, with no warning.

  4. Fact Check. "Celebrity Edge" wasn't trying to get on or off the jetty. A sudden storm in Juneau Alaska broke her dock lines. See "What's Going On In Shipping".

  5. I REMEMBER MY UNCLE, FRED McSNEER, USED TO TOE BARGES IN THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER FROM NEW ORLEANS TO MEMPHIS WITH A JET-SKI – UNCLE FRED WAS QUITE THE SAILOR – AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. I like your videos, but one thing gets on my nerves. It's your consistent use of passive tense. "Is going to be" is passive. "Our next clip is going to be at Haulover Inlet". The correct and direct tense is: Our next clip is at Haulover Inlet. Going to be adds nothing

  7. 8 people died in that Lake Tahoe storm.
There were 10 people in a newer 27' Chris-Craft. They say that the 2 survivors where pulled from the water wearing PFDs, but they haven't told us whether or not the other 8 had them on.

  8. My live well pump blew out and I didn’t have a highwater alarm so the hull filled up before I knew it and wasn’t able to get to the valve. All I’ve heard for the last month is “what ya forgot the drain plug”
