🧊 During the Ice Age, Britain wasn’t an island—people could walk from France to England across a land bridge called Doggerland. It’s now underwater!
If you don’t work and have no money for food or shelter. You’re in your own Great Depression.
Great depression 😭😭
Mongols😈😭😭
What are the longest lasting perishable canned-foods? Thoughts? Wasn't aware THOSE expire too!
LOL the worst time? im sure the plague was worse than the depression.
Was it really that bad? It produced an American population that could survive anything. Including a world war. People are soft in America today. " Hard times make strong men. Strong men make easy times. Easy times make weak men. Weak men create hard times"
Oh for goodness sake human did not come from apes . They are human . We are human
We were created human not as a monkey
I call what's going to happen now "the greater depression". we have another 4-6 years of this.
American slavery was extremely bad for African Americans. I'm sure those alive would agree it wasn't great to be alive during this time.
The first humans weren't yt buddy lol
y'all forgot about american slavery from 1619-1865
Smh smh
Cover the vikings next time :p
6:16 didn't know that the void century existed irl….
I understand the plan, I just think it's wishful thinking – Faults in optimisms stars.
Actually the genocide in the Americas is the largest. Estimated 50 million – 100 million.
06:50 Belgium wasn't around back then, the country was founded in 1830.
If you gave me a shipping container worth of items , i’d go back to any time period 😂
we role the democratic republic of congo a huge apology
Neanderthal is not the face of the humans homosapien comes from Africa
14:46 somewhat incorrect and biased. The Great Depression actually began in Europe when a bank called in a loan and the entity wasn't able to pay it back and defaulted. It wasn't something just here in the United States.
5:40 Wouldn’t the Attackers catch the black plague as well?
Herbert Hoover caused the stock market crash with tariffs. He wasn't hands off the economy.
The worse time to be alive was the 1960s in China. My grandparents never talk about how bad it was, but seeing certain habits like hoarding food in freezers and then telling me how they ate insects and roaches to survive terrified me, even to this day. Even criticizing about Mao was dangerous too. They still carry that fear even today when it comes to criticizing him.
These are good as long trendy topics are NOT over tossed in.
Hearing, "The government is here to help." is terrifying.
Your comments on the Mongol empire are false.
Ogedei Khan expanded the empire after the death of his father, Chinggis Khan. It was the death of Ogedei that stopped the expansion of the Mongol empire.
Additionally, Chinggis was no more brutal than any other ruler of that era, he just operated on a larger scale than anyone else. Chinggis re-established the silk road, a contributing factor in ending the dark ages, and ensued merchants were safe while traveling it.
A few more things they should have mentioned: The Taiping rebellion which killed over 20 million people and was the 3rd biggest war after the world wars. Famines in India under British rule, which collectively over a 200 year period killed around 36 million people, some of these famines were at least partly caused by British mismanagement and greed. The Irish famine, also would not have been nearly as bad if Ireland was not being interfered with by the British (food was being exported from Ireland while people starved, etc.) The various horrors suffered by the peoples of the Americas during European colonization.
Tents, caves and camp fires, a nomadic existence forced to search for new sources of calories, wild game and what can be gathered from the forest. Skin clothes, skin tents, Skin rope, Skin, Skin, Skin, Skin. Until the copper and bronze ages, where you had sowing, when it grow warm enough , then you have farming. Ever try to grow food in ground filled with ice? Even understanding the seasons of the foods of the forests is not, enough to encourage farming. until the climate grow warmer and farming seem safer, their would of been a period of distrust for farming, that was a combination of the nomad and the farmer, leaving crops behind and returning to the area later to harvest. Hunter gatherers.
The present is building to soon contend with all of these as the single worst point in human history.. …. ….. once its history… if we live..
Iran was called Persia during the Mongol empire.
FDR policies in the 1930s resulted in extending the great depression era
Living in America now is the worst time 😂 glad i left long ago !
2:00 silly humanity… see what happens when you decrease your carbon footprint!? We almost made ourselves extinct!
