12. The belly to belly spots and the finish are unforgettable, no doubt, but it's easy to forget how well put together this match was before it got there. They told a great story, with Shane using every trick imaginable to try and overcome the athleticism and ferocity of Angle. Phenomenal selling, too. Holds up extremely well all these years later.

14. After hearing the You Suck! chants to go with Angle's theme it's so weird to watch older matches where he hasnt gotten that reputation yet.

21. My whole respect to Shane McMahon, that man gave everything every time he had a match, but Kurt Angle destroyed him in this one.
    What a match!

22. Two things that are amazing about this match, besides from the classic these two gave us. Kurt legitimately broke his tailbone and finished the match, that happened after he suplexed Shane on the aisle floor. Secondly, the glass was supposed to be sugar glass but it turned out to be real glass which is why it took Kurt so much effort to throw Shane through it. What gladiators these two were! Thank you both!

29. I mean the way they put the matches together it actually felt like they were fighting. They would block some moves. They would try to counter it and not be able to. The way he was stopping the first few suplexes and then Kurt covering his face when he was getting punched to stop it and then the leg drag. Beautiful

30. Few people sold like Shane and he always risked and gave his body to the crowd for sports entertainment. He was incredible. I think he's should be a Hall of famer for sure. Every match hes in was legendary
