  1. So you guys are wrong. The Pennsylvania v. Mimms court case established that police have the right to order any occupant of a vehicle in, or out of, said vehicle. That said, reasonable suspicion of a crime is required to initiate a vehicular stop – if the officer didn't have reasonable and articulatable suspicion of a crime, then every action after would be considered "Fruit of the poisonous tree" – meaning legally inadequate. The question that determines everything thing here is, could the officer, in a court of law, demonstrate that he was reasonable when initiating a detention because of something that most people would find legally suspicious?

  2. the drivers a punk he should have had the passengers back …..i get it the driver doesnt want problems but he has no back bone and should have stood with his passenger

  3. The only reason he didn't want to get his Superior out there is because he probably just got promoted back to Sargent….let this stupid SOB go And to the "friends" that were getting their rights violated… I bet that's not all that you like to get violated…just saying

  4. That would be some ex friends.
“ You have nothing to hide. Just suck him off so we can go.”
That right there is the true reason this country is fckd. Cowardice and compliance.

  5. His friends are jokes. "No, let him violate your right. We did because he intimidated us. Now you should. That liberal sheep mentality is the reason pigs get away with this kind of crap way too much. The go along to get along bs is spred by liberals in driving school. No, they should teach you the constitution instead.

  6. I'd just like to say Great Job not just to these Real American citizen but to every single one of you that doesn't let these "employees" violate your rights! They are here to SERVE and PROTECT but over the last few decades they have purposely changed in to this BS! This is NOT how cops that work for the public should ever act… PERIOD! We gotta have REAL CHANGE! IMMEDIATELY!!

  7. Someone should find out who at this officer's station is his supervisor & who handles internal affairs and send them this video… hopefully a complaint has been filed by the driver and passenger and a lawsuit started… Also have his qualified immunity revoked and then sue the cop directly! That's how you end this bullshit!

  8. Driver is a Coward. Talks big when he's getting pressed, but as soon as its his friend getting pressed he folded. Went from "get your superior" to "just give him your id" WEAK.
