8. What most have missed including the MSM, is in the video, you can see and hear the RAT. It was deployed. It only deploys in a dire emergency. It's a propeller on an arm, hanging down under the body of the plane. It sounds like a prop aircraft. It can clearly be heard.

   It deploys only in three circumstances.

   1/ Complete electrical failure.

   2/ Complete hydraulic failure.

   3/ All engines failure.

   It supplies emergency electrical power to enable an emergency landing.
